Katherine Sprissler-Klein has been consulting for five years after over 15 years of fundraising in house —and she has the stories to prove it. From countless major gift qualification visits to closing gifts from $5,000 – $500,000 to negotiating a national cause marketing campaign that was in retail stores nationwide; she has done it all. As a naturally curious person with strong communications skills who can connect with just about anyone, she was always driven to help organizations aligned with her values of equity, justice and community. 

In 2020, Katherine found unexpected clarity in a gloomy covid-era day that changed everything.  All of the experiences leading to a good story told with a chuckle weren’t just bits in a comedy routine, they were strengths to help organizations from the outside with not just stories, but solutions.  This informs Katherine’s consulting style which is energetic, empathetic, and effective.  

When she’s not working, she is trying every soft-serve ice cream in Philadelphia with her husband, preschool-age daughter and rescue pup.
