Erin brings over 20 years of operational leadership to Windmill Hill Consulting, specializing in building systems that create clarity, efficiency, and sustainable growth for mission-driven organizations.  As founder of Vivia Studios, Erin partners with nonprofit leaders to transform messy operations into streamlined systems that support real fundraising capacity and momentum. Her approach blends systems thinking with evidence-based positive psychology, ensuring teams feel more grounded and energized rather than overwhelmed during periods of transition and growth.  

Before joining WHC, Erin served as Director of Development at KeraLink International, where she launched major gifts strategy from the ground up and implemented CRM optimization systems. She previously built and scaled customer success operations at boodleAI (AI-driven predictive analytics) and led the transformation of client experience at CharityEngine, reducing onboarding time from six months to 90 days while maintaining quality and satisfaction.  

Earlier in her career, Erin founded For Good Partnership, a fundraising consultancy focused on operational revitalization, and served as Chief Development Officer for Alpha Chi Omega Fraternity, where she led systems transformation that increased unrestricted giving by 30% year over year. 

She has also held leadership roles at The Munshine Group, Graham-Pelton Consulting, and ACF Solutions, implementing Salesforce and building analytics frameworks for clients including Columbia University and Auburn University.  

Erin’s expertise includes CRM strategy and optimization, workflow design, change management, prospect pipeline development, team structure design, and data-driven decision support. She holds certifications as a Salesforce Administrator and in Applied Positive Psychology, and earned her M.Ed. in Higher Education Administration from William & Mary.  

At WHC, Erin strengthens the firm’s internal operations, coordinates project delivery systems, and provides strategic CRM and analytics insights that elevate client consulting work. She supervises the Associate and partners closely with the Principal to operationalize vision and support smart, sustainable growth.
