Hannah Beck is an Operations Specialist who helps mission-driven organizations streamline internal systems, strengthen capacity, and advance LGBTQI+ health and justice. She brings over five years of experience in nonprofit operations, project management, and client services, with a focus on aligning infrastructure with values. At the National LGBTQI+ Cancer Network, she supports executive functions and equity-centered programming. Her consulting work with Lipton Strategies and Windmill Hill Consulting has further deepened her expertise in internal process design, client coordination, and organizational development.

Hannah’s passion for equity is rooted in her experience growing up as a lesbian in Oklahoma, where she saw firsthand how systems often fail marginalized communities. That perspective continues to drive her work today. Outside of the office, Hannah enjoys exploring concert venues, making the most of her AMC A-List subscription, roller-skating, and spending time with her dog, Saoirse.
